Computer, hand phone, internet, iPod, etc. They are part of technology. Technology can change from generation to generation. It is look like fashion. We know that the meaning of technology based on dictionary is the branch of knowledge that deals with the creation of technical means and their interrelation with life, society, and the environment, drawing upon such subject as industrial art, engineering, applied science, and pure science. I am one of scholar in Education College who need it. Honestly, I cannot ignore the technology, because I feel enjoy, have fun, and understand about the material, if my lecturer will explain it by technology (video, power point, etc)
In addition, I am going to become an English teacher. So, I conclude that my students will have same filling with me. By the technology, I can teach students who have various multiple intelligence without feel difficult, and also I will not spend my time to do lecturing way in the classroom. In other hand, I want to be a digital generation who have high technology ability, because I do not want to be outdate person. I believe that Technology and Language Learning subject can make my expectation to become a real. I am going to get a lot of knowledge from this subject.

Could you give me some example, how technology will help you to teach student who have various multiple intelligence?
well, when i did school observation, i can saw that students are interest when the teacher used video, games, ect to teach them...

everyone loves to be a hi-tech person, right?..
but how if your students seem not really interested with the technology you bring in the class, maybe because it's new for them? How can you make them interesting?
eh itu maksudnya "How can you make them interested?" :D
hey, we have to be prepared. somehow when the techno-thing we are using is not running, how you can back it up ?
risma : we should to introduce the technology it self to our students. do not give that directly and spontaneously.
Ika : that is good question. however we can joint with the ICT team or we are as a teacher candidate can learn about technology deeply.
